Well the Tappan event is done. Ended up a good day but fishing again was tough. The fish don't know whats going on with all these temp changes. Here's how it ended up.
Ryan & Randy Caldwell took 1st weighing in 5lbs 4 3/4oz. They took $160.00 + $100.00 BnM Pole Bonus
2nd Place was Jerry & Gary Martin with 4lb 11 3/4oz winning $96.00
3rd went to Mark & Stephen Brooks with 4lb 8 3/4oz taking $64.00
Big Slab went to John Hamshaw & Bob Carroco Receiving $80.00
Well, June 20th will be our final event for this year at West Branch. I have decided to make this final event an open. I hope this will encourage some others to come fish with us. West Branch is one of the best Crappie lakes in our state. Come on out and join us.
OK, Atwood is history. What a tough day. The bite was so slow that only 2 teams had ten fish. I freaked out and ran to all the ramps making sure everyone new about the typo on the posters. On top of that I lost my paper work with the weigh-in results. I do however know the winners.
